InnerVoice
Start With Yourself.
If you're curious about exploring your wellness with AO Scan, this is where I believe you should begin.
The InnerVoice Scan is the starting point for everything else that is possible within Solex's AO Scan technology.
And for me, it's the most important place to start because it begins with you.
Your voice.
Your experience.
Your current state.
There is nowhere else you need to go before you begin.
Start With Yourself.
To create your InnerVoice Scan, I'll need a few simple pieces of information from you.
I'll ask you to complete the form below, upload a quick selfie, and make a short voice recording.
Your 10-Second Voice Recording.
This part is much simpler than it might sound.
For your recording, I suggest standing comfortably and speaking from a place of presence. You can begin with an “I am” statement and then simply say whatever feels natural in the moment.
It could be something about how you're feeling, something you're working toward, a goal, an affirmation—or absolutely nothing profound at all.
For example, I might say:
“I am Wolf Wittenberg and I am learning and growing on my wellness journey. I am strong, confident, loving and compassionate.”
Or, if I'm not feeling particularly inspired:
“I am Wolf Wittenberg. Today is Tuesday and it's sunny outside. I think I'll go for a walk in the forest to be with the trees.”
Both are perfectly fine.
Write it down first if that helps.
Then simply speak for about 10 seconds.
If you're a few seconds under or over, don't worry about it. Just be yourself.
And don't try to perform.
If you have a cold and your voice is gravelly, that's okay.
If you're feeling tired, low or uninspired, that's okay too.
You don't need to try to sound confident, positive or “well.”
You can't act your way to a better result.
The point is simply to capture you, as you are in this moment.
Relax.
Take a breath.
And speak.
What Happens Next?
Once I receive your information, I'll set you up as a client in the AO Scan system and run your InnerVoice Scan.
Within 24 hours—usually the same day—you'll receive an email from AO InnerVoice.
That email contains a link to your results along with your InnerVoice files.
The easiest way to view everything is to click the blue link near the top of the email. It will take you to a browser page where you'll be able to access your results.

And this is where I suggest you do something a little different.
Listen First.
When your results arrive, don't read the report yet.
First, find a quiet place.
Put on your headphones.
Give yourself a few minutes.
And simply listen.
How do you feel?
Don't try to analyze it.
Just listen.
Your Balancing Harmonics.
Your InnerVoice Scan identifies four frequencies that are showing as out of balance—three that are over-expressed and one that is under-expressed.
From these results, four music tracks are selected, with balancing frequencies embedded within the music based on your scan.
That makes the Balancing Harmonics personalized to you.
When you select the Balancing Harmonics button, the four tracks will play in succession. Together they run for approximately 12½ minutes.
I encourage you to listen to the complete sequence so you can experience the entire set of tracks.
And if you enjoy it, you can simply let it continue.
I like listening in the morning and evening, and whenever I feel drawn to it during the day.
Give yourself the opportunity to experience it over time.
And one important detail:
Use headphones when listening.
The sound experience includes binaural elements, so headphones are an important part of how the tracks are intended to be experienced.
Then Explore Your Report.

Once you've listened, scroll down and begin exploring your InnerVoice report.
Start with the general information about the scan. It will give you some context for understanding what you're looking at.
The report presents information relating to different areas of your energetic and wellness profile.
You will see references to potential physical and emotional causes.
It's important to understand what that means.
The report is not telling you that you have any of these conditions or experiences.
Think of the information as something to explore.
Ask yourself:
Does any of this resonate with what I'm experiencing right now?
Sometimes the answer may be an immediate yes.
Sometimes it may not resonate at all.
Both are okay.
One Scan Is a Snapshot
One of the things I find fascinating about InnerVoice is that we are constantly changing.
How you're feeling today may not be how you're feeling three days from now.
So I don't believe one scan should become a label.
Instead, repeated scans give us an opportunity to look for patterns over time.
Something that appears once may simply be interesting.
Something that repeatedly shows up may give us a reason to become more curious and explore it further.
That's where the technology becomes much more interesting to me.
We're not simply asking, “What's wrong with me?”
We're asking:
“What keeps showing up?”
And:
“What might I want to explore?”

Remember, Not Everything Has to Mean Something.
Sometimes something in a report will immediately resonate.
Sometimes it won't.
That's okay.
We don't have to force an interpretation.
One of the things I'm learning through this work is that curiosity is more useful than certainty.
You know yourself better than any report does.
If something catches your attention, explore it.
If it doesn't, let it go.
And if you'd like some guidance understanding your results, reach out to me.
I'm happy to explore them with you.
And, Where Can This Lead?
Your InnerVoice Scan can be a beginning rather than an ending.
If you're curious, you may eventually want to:
-
experience another InnerVoice Scan
-
explore patterns over time
-
explore the Vitals Scan
-
explore the Body Systems Scan
-
experience a Comprehensive Scan
-
learn more about Balancing Harmonics
-
explore SEFI and personalized frequency playlists
You don't have to explore everything.
You don't have to decide what's next today.
Start where you are.
See what you discover.
And if something makes you curious, follow the curiosity.
