Scope of Agreement

By visiting this website, booking or attending a session or event, purchasing products, engaging in correspondence (email, text, phone, social media), or otherwise interacting with White Mountain Medicine Man and its practitioner, Wolf (Henry) Wittenberg, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

These terms apply to all services, events, products, content, communications, and interactions, whether paid or free, in-person or remote.
 

Nature of Services

White Mountain Medicine Man offers complementary wellness services, including but not limited to:

  • Usui Reiki (in-person and distance)

  • Sound healing, sound baths, and gong baths

  • Frequency medicine and AO Scan services

  • Meditation, guided experiences, and workshops

  • Educational talks and events

  • Handcrafted ceremonial items and products

These offerings are intended to support relaxation, self-awareness, and energetic well-being.
They are not medical, psychological, diagnostic, or therapeutic treatments, and are not a substitute for professional healthcare.
 

Assumption of Risk

You understand and acknowledge that participation in wellness sessions, sound healing, energy work, frequency-based services, and events involves inherent personal, emotional, physical, and energetic experiences.

By choosing to participate, you voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with your participation, including but not limited to emotional release, physical sensations, discomfort, fatigue, or changes in awareness.

You affirm that you are responsible for listening to your body and seeking appropriate medical or professional care when needed.
 

Waiver & Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge White Mountain Medicine Man and Henry Wittenberg from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or causes of action arising from or related to:

  • Participation in any session, event, or offering

  • Use of information, guidance, or content shared

  • Purchase or use of products

  • Communication or correspondence of any kind

This waiver applies to in-person and remote interactions, including distance sessions, digital content, and frequency-based services.
 

Personal Responsibility & Consent

By engaging in any offering, you confirm that:

  • You are participating voluntarily

  • You accept full responsibility for your well-being

  • You understand that outcomes are not guaranteed

  • You may stop participation at any time
     

Bookings, Events & Purchases

All bookings, event registrations, and purchases are subject to the applicable Booking & Event Policies, including payment, cancellation, refund, and transfer terms, which are presented at the time of booking or purchase and incorporated by reference into these terms.
 

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is respected.

  • Personal information collected is used solely for booking, communication, and service delivery purposes

  • No personal data is sold or shared with third parties beyond what is required for service platforms (e.g., Wix, payment processors)

  • AO Scan data is informational and not stored beyond necessary delivery of reports

  • You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us directly
