Booking & Session Policy All sessions offered through White Mountain Medicine Man are intended to support relaxation, energetic balance, self-awareness, and overall well-being. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare. Booking & Payment All sessions, scans, and events must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your space. For group sound healing events, space is limited and registration is required. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. In the event of illness or emergency, please reach out as soon as possible and accommodations may be considered. Group sound healing events are non-refundable, but may be transferable to another date if space allows. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other bookings. Distance Sessions For Distance Reiki and AO Scan sessions, clients must be available at the scheduled time. You may be contacted before and/or after your session for a brief check-in and integration support. AO Scan Sessions AO Scan services provide frequency-based insights and balancing support. Results are informational and educational in nature and should be interpreted as complementary wellness information. Clients are responsible for their own health decisions and follow-up care. Personal Responsibility By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Respectful Space These sessions are held in a respectful, grounded, and supportive environment. Any behavior that disrupts this space may result in the session being ended without refund.
